School Highlights

Safe Flight Academy was established in 2010 by the TTS Group – the first private aviation group in Tunisia, and the U.K. Company Brookfield Aviation. It is a flight school approved by the Directorate General of Tunisian Civil Aviation. Safe Flight Academy is a training organization where the future pilot is taught more than the core subjects, the school does not only provide students with the standard skills they need to be effective professional pilots but ensures that these standards are maintained and enhanced over their whole career.

Conveniently situated in Tunisia, Monastir ( Safe Academy flying base ) offers the perfect flight training and vacation destination. The location offers everything you would want: sensational weather, nearby seafront resorts, gold sand beach, and exciting attractions within easy driving distance such as the Amphitheatre of El Jem, Island of Djerba, Carthage archaeological site, and the medieval medinas (old Arab walled town). Safe flight academy has been providing ICAO approved flight training for national and international flight students since 2010 and EASA since 2015

Flight training is done in a fleet of four (4) aircraft that includes 1x Diamond DA 42 NG (Twin Engine) and 3x Diamond DA 40 NG (Single Engine). Moreover, it has its own Flight Navigation Procedures Trainer (FNPT) II simulator – Mechtronix DA42 NG, and 2x A320 Full Flight Simulator (FFS) owned by our partner ATCT.

Safe Flight academy owns its approved maintenance center. This advantage keeps the school’s fleet availability rate higher especially with engine and propeller spare parts available. More than that, Safe Fight Academy has established a network of partnerships with Mediterranean flight centers for spare part exchange, aircraft leasing at increasing flight training activity times. The Academy has a dedicated agent and selected accommodation to assist students until they get their preferred accommodation. And the school starts the selection process even before their arrival.
