Aero PDK, located in Seoul, started in 2015 when it purchased Cessna 172 Aircraft and it immediately merged with the newly opened Guardians Air Company. As part of Guardians Air Company the company has its own airline - Guardians Airline which is based in Seoul, South Korea and is fully committed to the aviation industry. The companies services include commercial air transport, pilot training, and commercial drone operations. The Pilot training is done through the Pilot Training School Aero PDK which when combined together with Guardians Airline delivers excellent pilot training and hiring opportunities for their students. The company's main office and Pilot training facility is located at Yangyang Airport itself but has a representative office in the central area of the capital, Seoul.

Aero PDK own a fleet of 6 aircraft, all of which are from the Cessna model but have signed a contract for the purchase of a new and modern multi engine Diamond DA42 aircraft. The pilot training base at Yangyang Airport is very modern and meets all the expectations of today's pilot training requirements. It includes a modern pilots lounge, briefing rooms and modern classrooms with electronic boards. Aero PDK also has a Cessna 172 Garmin 1000 Simulator to enhance the quality of training. Guardians Airline also owns a hangar and smaller offices at Gimbo Airport.
