The training is split between Zambales, Iba, where the ground and flight training is conducted and the simulator training and check ride are completed in Manila. Iba Airport in Zambales hosts All Asia Aviation Academy’s main base. The training facility and dormitories are located inside the airport. The airport is surrounded by beauty such as beaches. At the Iba Airport AAA Academy has a fleet of 9 Cessna 152s, 2 Cessna 172s and 1 Tecnam P2006T Glass cockpit amongst others.

The courses on offer are Private Pilot License, Commercial Pilot License, Instrument Rating, Multi-engine rating and Flight Instructor rating. All Asia Aviation Academy also lists a First Officer Airline program which comes with a guaranteed interview with the largest carrier in the Philippines.

Due to the large number of international student's All Asia Aviation Academy also offers an aviation English Language Proficiency Course (ELP).

The academy states that they have 125 graduates with several them flying for Garuda Indonesia, Lion Air, Citilink, Air Asia, Air Asia Philippines and a number of others.

All Asia Aviation Academy currently does not own a full flight simulator so the type rating is done by partner training organisations such as Jakarta Aviation Training Center (Boeing B737 and Airbus A320 type rating) in Jakarta, Indonesia and Asian Aviation Training Centre (AATC) in Bangkok, Thailand.
