Eagle Air Academy was founded by Captain Rodante Alix, who has many years of experience both as a pilot and as a flight instructor (held Commercial Pilot License, Flight Instructor License, Instrument Rating License, Airline Transport Rating License and Aircraft & Engine Mechanic License). Previously he had established and managed Cardinal Air Philippines, his own flying school.

Eagle Air Academy currently offers Private Pilot License, Commercial Pilot License, Instrument Rating, and Multi-engine Rating.

The schools instructor base are mostly previous Airline pilots from Airlines such as SeAir, Asian Spirit, Pacific Pearl Airline and Air Philippines. The instructor base additionally has extensive experience with Air Traffic Control roles which will benefit students in terms of their communication skills throughout training.

Eagle Air Academy's flight training is done in Mamburao, Occidental Mindoro, Philippines and island very well known for its beautiful beaches.

EAA has trained foreign students as far away as Saudi Arabia, where some of its Graduates are now flying with Saudi Aramco, the largest Oil company in the World.

Eagle Air Academy currently does not own a full flight simulator so the type rating is done by another training organisation or an airline.
