Entry Requirements

At least 17 years old, Pass medical exam, Must have obtained at least two principal passes at “A” level

East African Civil Aviation Academy was established in 1971 under the Directorate of Civil Aviation of East African Community. The flight school is located in Soroti, Uganda. 

Courses offered:

  • Private Pilot License (PPL)
  • Commercial Pilot License (CPL)
  • Flight Instructor
  • Flight Operations Officer

Facilities includes well-furnished classrooms which are fully equipped with study devices for presentations and in a conducive environment, kitchen cafeteria and a self-service laundry, two fully - furnished dormitories for single occupancy.
