Eastern Kentucky University Aviation is located in the Ralph W. Whalin Technology Complex inside the campus which includes approximately 100,000 square feet of classroom and laboratory space as well as the program's flight simulator labs.

Flight operations of the school is done in Central Kentucky Regional Airport which is 15 minutes from campus.
