Kenya Airways Pride Center formally opened on 26th of July, 2007 with the aim to become Africa’s premier simulator training facility, currently it houses a Boeing B737NG Full Flight Simulator from Simulator Manufacturer CAE, and a Dash 8 Q400 Full Flight Simulator from Flight Safety. The Center is located only a few minutes drive away from the main airport terminals allowing for easy access.

The Simulator Center is part of a larger campus in which a number of other aviation training courses are conducted such as cabin crew training.The courses are open to anyone who is already employed in the Aviation and Hospitality industry, in addition to secondary school and college graduates.

The primary goal of the Kenya Airways Pride Center is to enhance sustainable development in Africa by offering high quality training courses tailored to the needs of the students. All courses are conducted by well- selected and highly qualified trainers.
