The formation of Krasnokutsk Flight School of Civil Aviation dates back to December 16, 1940. It is named after the Honored Pilot of the USSR I.F. branch of the federal state budgetary educational institution of higher education "Ulyanovsk Institute of Civil Aviation named after Chief Marshal of Aviation B.P. Bugaev".

The flight school has trained pilots who fought during the Great Patriotic War. It is located in Krasny Kut, Saratov Region, Russia.
