In the mid 90’s, a group of aviators envisioned establishing an aviation school that will develop, train, and produce world-class pilots. All graduates of the prestigious Philippine Air Force Flying School, these aviators are Major General Gilbert S. Llanto (Ret), Major General Rolando F. Capacia, Colonel Gonzalo A. Capili (Ret), Lieutenant General Roy O. Deveraturda (Ret), and Captain Jacob Sacro. These men, with their wide array of training and experience, collaborated to pursue their dreams and make it a reality in 2007.
