Masters Flying School, is a flight school founded in 1994 with offices in Manila (Pasay City) and the hangar and flight training being conducted in Plaridel Airport, Bulacan. Its 10 aircraft fleet is used to teach a number of Filipino and international cadets (American, Bangladesh, Indian, Nepalese, Egyptian, Mexican, Papua New Guinea, Chinese and Arab Nationals) the following courses Private Pilot License, Commercial Pilot License, Instrument Rating, Flight Instructor Courses and Multi-engine rating. The school also offers Helicopter Private and Commercial License.

Masters Flying School is additionally affiliated with the Philippine Air Force Air Reserve Command (PAF-ARCEN) and is designated as the 2201st Reserve Pilot Training Squadron.

Masters Flying School currently does not own a full flight simulator so the type rating is done by another training organisation or an airline.
