Omni Airline Training Academy, based at Clark International Airport, is one of the largest flight schools in Philippines. Organized in the early part of 1993 and was formally incorporated with the intention to lease and develop the premises of the Clark Aero Club, a 32-hectare aerodrome located adjacent to the main runways of the former Clark Air Force Base. Since then Omni Airline Training Academy has expanded into four different training segments: Pilot training, Cabin Crew Training, Airline Services Training and Aircraft Maintenance Training. The location of the pilot training at Clark International Airport is approximately 2 hrs drive from Manila International Airport. Component of the flight training are conducted at Clark International Airport this gives the flight school the advantage of being able to conduct certain components of the training in a real airline environment.

The courses currently available at Omni Airline Training Academy include ACTP + A320 type rating (ab-initio to A320 type rating program in partnership with the Philippine Academy for Aviation Training - PAAT), Commercial Pilot License, Jet Pilot Training (Multi-engine rating, Jet introduction, Crew Resource Management) and Flight Instructor courses.

Omni Airline Training Academy does not own a full flight simulator but has partnered with the Philippine Academy for Aviation Training - PAAT for Airbus A320 Training.
