The flight school, named after A.V. Lyapidevskiy, is the most versatile secondary vocational educational institution in Russia, which trains specialists in 4 aviation specialties (pilots, aviation mechanics, aviation and radio-electronic equipment specialists) and the only one in Russia that trains pilots and flight mechanics of the Mi-8 helicopter.
