Rajiv Gandhi Aviation Academy, a "Cessna approved Pilot Center" Pilot flying school, located in Hyderabad started in 1995. The Pilot school is a division of Wings Aviation Pvt and is the premier school for fully integrated aviation training. The organization was established to foster the vision of the late and former Prime Minister Mr. Rajiv Gandhi (who was himself a professional pilot) to create dynamic and highly efficient young talent for the fast growing Indian aviation industry. Since Rajiv Gandhi Aviation Academy was established it has been offering both Pilot training and Aircraft Maintenance engineering training as the need for both pilots and technicians was seen.
