Royal Jordanian Air Academy (RJAAA), located at Amman Civil Airport, was established in 1966 to become a regional leader in Flight Training. The Academy is certified by the Jordanian Civil Aviation Regulatory Commission (JCARC) which is recognized from the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO). RJAAA has trained a large number of Jordanian and International Students including pilot training for Airlines.

The training is conducted using 70 modern classrooms, 19 single engine and 4 multi engine aircraft) and 5 simulators. In addition to its main campus in Amman Civil Airport-Marka, Royal Jordanian Air Academy has established another campus in the southern city of Aqaba in Jordan which has given it more flexibility in training its students all around the year.

The Academy also offers Aircraft Maintenance Training courses.
