Pilot training is completed using the fleet of 6 aircraft (including single engine Cessna's and multi-engine Beechcraft). Sapphire International Aviation Academy has trained students from all over the world including India, Indonesia, Nepal, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Egypt, and Nigeria.
Sapphire International Aviation Academy's Aircraft Maintenance Training Laboratory and Workshop boasts of modern aviation tools and equipment aimed at providing AMT students ample hands-on exposure to real aviation environments to better familiarize themselves and thereby maximize their learning to become skilled aircraft mechanics later.
The Workshop features a real CESSNA 150 Airframe that students can tear down and re-assemble, as well as a cut-away engine and landing gear system that shows the students how such aircraft engines and landing gear systems work and how to service, maintain and repair them if and when necessary. Training facilities include a complete Lear Jet, reciprocating engines and landing gear systems.
To strengthen the training of its aviation technical students, Sapphire International Aviation Academy has acquired its own Boeing 737-200 Aircraft. This will be used by AMT and Avionics students as well as Cabin Mechanic Course and Flight Attendant Training Course students. This can be used for orientation and familiarization classes of students with on-board aircraft systems to enhance their knowledge in their respective courses.
In addition, the Academy also acquired a Lear Jet as part of its training facilities. Similarly, this will be used for the sheet-metal training, as well as familiarization and orientation of students with aircraft systems.
Sapphire International Aviation Academy currently does not own a full flight simulator so the type rating is done by another training organisation or an airline.
