Moreover, it has its own fully operational flight simulator - Airbus A320-200 Full Flight Simulator. The pilot school aircraft fleet is is the most advanced and extensive fleet of full motion flight simulators in the region. With these ultra-modern devices, the students are allowed to be trained in all aspects of normal and non-normal operations, including instrument approaches and landings in all weather conditions. There is also an onsite support that ensures safety training all the time.
SriLankan Aviation College is accredited by Civil Aviation Authorities in Sri Lanka, Pakistan, and Maldives. Aside from these, it is affiliated with International Air Transport Association (IATA), European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), Royal Aeronautical Society (RAeS), European Aviation Maintenance Training Committe, and is ISO Certified.
