18 years of age and hold an appropriate immigration visa, Class 1/2 medical, willing to undergo an Aviation Security Identity Card (ASIC) check, English Language 5.5 IELTS or TOEFL 530 (paper based)

Tristar Aviation has trained a large number of International Students and is approved by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority and the Federal Department of Employment, Science and Training, to train overseas students. Tristar Aviation has trained students from Hong Kong, Jordan, Oman, Bahrain, Malaysia, India, Indonesia, Singapore, Korea, Japan, Germany, Pakistan, United Kingdom, United States, Ireland, Sri Lanka, Kenya, and Sweden. Some of these countries are currently represented in our students and staff.

Tristar Aviation is owned and operated by Geoff and Adrianne Fleming who between them have over 50 years experience in the aviation industry, including working for both of Australia's major airlines QANTAS and Ansett Australia. They have also worked in Air Traffic Control, and both general and microlight aviation.
