WCC Aviation Company, Inc., Caloocan, NCR, Philippines
Entry Requirements

High School Diploma

WCC Aeronautical & Technical College, also known as WCC Aviation, is one of the largest aviation training schools in the Philippines. It has multiple locations, with aircraft maintenance training being done in Caloocan and Binalonan. The Binalonan campus is approximately 3-4 hours from Manila International Airport. WCC Aeronautical & Technical College is only aviation school in the Philippines to offer a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation (commercial flying) with an Airbus A320 rating.

The company was founded in 2005 by Capt. Ramon V. Guico III, with the vision being of not just being an aviation school but an aviation community. With this vision in mind WCC Aeronautical & Technical College ensured that it got the following certifications: Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP), Approved Training Organization Certificate (ATOC) – Pilot Programs, Approved Training Organization Certificate (ATOC) – Aircraft Maintenance Technology Program. Additionally the school expande into offering courses such as Cabin Crew Courses and opened a Repair station.

One of the key differentiator is its scale, having a presence in Manila and the main campus and own airfield being in Binalonan. Aircraft maintenance training is done in the Caloocan Campus while Cabin Crew training is being conducted in the Quezon City Campus Manila.  Binalonan Airfield offers flight services to business, individual, and flight training patrons, featuring an 850 meter north-south runway capable of handling general aviation and mid-sized commercial aircrafts. WCC Aviation manages airport operations, including flight plans, aircraft maintenance, catering, fueling, and shuttle services.

WCC Aeronautical & Technical College AeroTech College which was founded on 2008, offers Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Technology (AMT) as the second campus to offer AMT programs after the Caloocan campus (established in 2007). In addition to the professional courses WCC Aviation can offer Bachelor courses as follows: BS Aviation, BS Aeronautical Engineering, and BS Tourism.

In terms of aircraft maintenance training, the following courses are being offered:

North Manila Campus

  • Diploma in Aicraft Maintenance Technology (AMT - 2 years) - fundamental step in attaining an Airframe and Powerplant Maintenance license issued by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP). The purpose of the aviation mechanics program is to train students to become airframe and power plant technicians in a well-equipped setting. The program allows students to utilize their hands to diagnose, maintain and repair aircraft. Through hands-on and classroom training, students will learn the proper tools and techniques required to become successful aircraft mechanics. Click here to obtain the curriculum
  • BS Aircraft Maintenance Technology (AMT) - click here to obtain the curriculum

Binalonan Campus

  • BS Aeronautical Engineering -The aeronautical engineering program of WCC teaches a curriculum focused on the engineering and technical skills needed by most aircraft production, MRO, airline companies, and civilian and military authorities. A sound theoretical foundation is also taught to students desiring to work in aircraft design organizations. Aeronautical engineers are in growing demand as air travel becomes faster, safer, and more environmentally friendly. Increased competition in the commercial aircraft industry, the evolution of smaller aircraft and airports as alternatives to traditional airline travel, including the expanding market for personal jet aircraft known as very light jets or VLJs, are also fueling this trend.
