As of this writing (August 2021), Air India has no pilot cadet programme.
Apply as a licensed pilot directly to Air India
Assuming that you already hold a Commercial Pilot License (CPL) or Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL), you may apply directly to Air India.
Air India Pilot Salary
- First Officer: Rs. 212000 (Rupees Two Lakh Twelve Thousand Only) per month
- Senior First Officer: Rs. 335000 (Rupees Three Lakh ThirtyFive Thousand Only) per month
- Commander: Rs 588000 (Rupees Five Lakh Eighty-Eight Thousand Only) per month on pro rata basis on ATR family (Less than 1000 Hrs.); or Rs. 683000 (Rupees Six Lakh Eighty-Three Thousand Only) per month on a pro rata basis on ATR family (More than 1000 Hrs.)
