Select Aviation College

Select Aviation College has been training the next generation of airline, helicopter and bush pilots for almost 10 years. The college attracts over 100 students per year from across Canada and around the world. We take our carefully selected students all the way through their flight training program providing them extensive real-life experience training. They choose one of our 5 programs recognized by the Ministry of Education and enjoy state-of-the-art facilities. They learn to fly using one of our 35 training aircrafts (airplanes, seaplanes and helicopters) and our 3 ALSIM simulators. Safety and success are our main goals, providing airlines with a new generation of industry-ready pilots upon graduation.

Admission requirements vary by training program. However, the following minimum entry ratings should be met:

• 17 years old or older by the time you start your program;
• High school diploma or its equivalent;
• English level deemed adequate by the college;
• Capable of obtaining the Transport Canada Class 1 Pilot Medical Certificate;
