What jobs can I have after getting a private pilot license (PPL)?
A Private Pilot License (PPL) is a type of license wherein you can legally fly an aircraft solo or with other people. Private pilots are trained to navigate small aircraft by themselves. While people may seek the license for hobby or sports reasons, a PPL is the first major milestone on the road to becoming an airline pilot or possibly earn as a pilot. If you are looking for jobs after getting a private pilot license, then PPL is not the appropriate license for you as it does not authorize you to fly passengers and earn from it. To get a job as a pilot you must have to take commercial pilot training and earn your commercial pilot license (CPL).
PPL allows you to fly in and out of all civil airports, a licensed private pilot may only partake in hobby or leisure activities. With this license, you can take friends and family for rides but not for profit, practice maneuvers, or become involved in many of the wonderful programs that introduce people to flying.
