Can I be an instructor with a commercial pilot license (CPL)?

Holding a Commercial Pilot License (CPL) does not allow you to be an instructor right away but a CPL allows you to start building your career as a pilot and get paid for it. Earning a CPL also makes you eligible to join a Flight Instructor Training Course and be a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) upon completion. After earning your CFI License, you can then work as an instructor and be able to build flight hours experience to be compensated and at the same time meet the requirements of most airlines or other hiring companies.
